Busy Morning at the Gym

Our Wednesday morning circuit was arms.  When I got to the gym I couldn't believe how packed it was.  I'm convinced there is a connection between when The Biggest Loser is on (Tuesday nights) and the traffic flow at the gym.  We found a small section to do our workout in which is unusual because we usually have the entire workout area.  Luckily today's workout didn't require a lot of space (no steps, no BOSU, no crab walks). 

We did arms using the bands (curls, lateral raises, uppercuts, and overhead presses).  We also did pushups, planks to pushups, mountain climbers, and kettlebell swings.  It was a pretty decent workout and I feel like I really worked my arms good! 

I can tell you I've gotten spoiled going to the gym early in the morning.  It is nice being there without a bunch of people in our way.  Regardless if there was a lot of activity in our part of the gym this morning, I tuned it out and focused on the task at hand. 

Tomorrow is an early morning run to the beach with Kristin.
